It has been an historic year for Av性爱 results at Av性爱 (Av性爱). 聽

For the 10th year in a row, Av性爱 has been named in the top 100 NSW schools, ranking 53. 聽

Headmaster Bill Low said, 鈥淥ur students' remarkable results across the board affirm the school鈥檚 goal of nurturing well-rounded individuals ready to face the challenges of the world.聽

Dux

Jacob Ramirez is confirmed as the School鈥檚 2023 Dux with the highest possible ATAR of 99.95.聽

Top Achievers 聽

This year four students were recognised as Top Achievers, placing in the top ten in their course in the State: 聽

  • Joan Han-Park, sixth in Music 1聽
  • Stella Hannagan, fourth in English Advanced 聽
  • Hazel Hunt, eighth聽in Drama 聽
  • Jacob Ramirez, third in Economics
All Rounders聽

Seven students were recognised as All Rounders for achieving Band 6 in ten or more units of study: Joan Han-Park, Stella Hannagan, Lilly Hofer, Annabelle King, Loren McMenamie, Catherine Purcell and Jacob Ramirez. 聽

We鈥檙e very proud of the collective and individual achievements of our students some of which include: 聽

  • Av性爱 ranked 53 out of approximately 800 schools鈥
  • 17% of students achieved an ATAR of 95+鈥
  • 29% of students achieved an ATAR of 90+聽
  • 48% of students achieved an ATAR of 85+鈥
  • 60% of all exams sat resulted in a Band 5 or 6鈥
  • 58% of Av性爱 students were recognised on the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Distinguished Achievers list for achieving a Band 6 in one or more of their subjects鈥
  • 40 Av性爱 Major Work nominations鈥
  • 10th consecutive year listed as a Top 100 NSW School
Av性爱 Major Works nominations and Awards

A record 40 nominations for exemplary Av性爱 Major Works were received across Dance, Drama, Music and Industrial Technology. For the first time ever, the entire Drama cohort received at least one nomination each for their Major Works. 聽聽

  • 10 Dance nominations for CALLBACK聽
  • 3 Music nominations for ENCORE聽
  • 3 Industrial Technology nominations for SHAPE聽
  • 1 Industrial Technology nomination for InTECH

In Society and Culture, Hazel Hunt was awarded a High Distinction for her Personal Interest Project 'The Power of the Voice.'聽

Mia Deane's Dance Av性爱 Composition Performance has been selected for CALLBACK's annual showcase and will be performed by Lily Tisdell (Av性爱 Year 11) in Sydney.

Choice and opportunity聽

Head of Senior College, Mrs Janine Comber congratulated all students on their willingness to learn, grow and lead the School community. 聽

This year鈥檚 cohort have listened to feedback, reached out for support when needed and collaborated with each other.鈥澛

A large number of students have already received early offers to a wide range of universities across Australia. Fields of study include architecture, engineering, management, health and performing arts 鈥 where very competitive audition and interview criteria have resulted in six offers across the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), and the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS).
